Subsidized housing, Property Management, and Support Services are provided on-site at The Inn and The Verona.

 

The Inn is a charming building built in 1914 that has 93 furnished single occupancy rooms. The Inn is located at 1040 Bush Street in the Lower Nob-Hill area of San Francisco. Community-style fully accessible bathrooms are located on each of the three residential floors. An elevator serves all floors, including the roof level where there are laundry facilities, community kitchen, a library, a sunroom and rooftop garden. There is a large dining area, an additional community kitchen and a large recreation space on the basement level of the building.

The Verona is located at 317 Leavenworth Street, in the Tenderloin District of San Francisco. This 65 unit single room occupancy building was built in 1910. The Verona is a well preserved charming building with ample sized fully furnished units. The Verona has both private and shared bathroom facilites for our tenants, and a community kitchen.

Property Management services are provided 24 hours a day and seven days a week for both of our supportive housing sites. There are case management offices on the ground floor of both facilites where tenants can receive support services. For the convenience of our tenants, we provide a Business Access Center at both properties equipped with computers, printers and free internet access.

The Homeless Women's Center is located at 1006 Bush Street in the Lower Nob-Hill area of San Francisco. This store-front space contains our drop-in case management offices, as well as our client business center fully equipped with computers, printer, phone and free internet services.The Homeless Women's Center is discreetly located in a safe residential neighborhood, just down the street from The Inn.
